Bryce Adams is originally from Baton Rouge. He earned his associate degree in business administration from Delgado Community College in New Orleans and his bachelor’s degree in sports administration with a minor in business from LSU.
Mr. Adams began his professional career as an intern with the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation, working in claims, accounting/audit, and loss prevention departments. He then joined RISCOM, working first in claims and then then moving into underwriting.
He is certified as a Trusted Risk Advisor (TRA) through the Beyond Insurance Network.
Mr. Adams is passionate about sports. He played baseball at Delgado Community College for three years and was part of two NJCAA World Series teams. He then fulfilled a childhood dream by playing for LSU where he was a member of the 2017 College World Series Finals team that competed against Florida. Since graduating, golf has become his primary pastime, which he plays whenever possible. Additionally, he teaches baseball lessons and enjoys watching college football and attending LSU games.
Mr. Adams’ family has a long-standing history in the insurance industry. His father, who is also a producer at MB&H, has over 20 years of experience in the field. His grandfather, Aubrey Temple, was a renowned insurance professional throughout Louisiana and the founding chairman of the board for LWCC. His uncle, Tim Temple, currently serves as the Insurance Commissioner of Louisiana.
Mr. Adams moved to Shreveport in 2017 with his wife who attended medical school at LSU and graduated in 2023. She is now a 2nd year resident at LSUHSC and is an aspiring Cardiologist.
